Lostprophets are a Welsh (or American?) alternative metal band formed in 1997. On 08 December 2001, when asked about their nationality, Karl hesitantly (and incorrectly) suggested that they were American. Later on 23 February 2002 Ricky criticized them for calling a song "The Fake Sound of Progress" even though he did enjoy the track. This caused Ricky and Steve to jump into one of their many discussions about stupid/ironic band or song names.
