Synopsis

"Cupboard"

Chat on diaries leads to karl's revelation that Anne Frank was in a cupboard; the first place the nazis would look for her. Ricky and Steve explain that she was being hidden by her relatives and friends, it's merit as a humanist tragedy, whereas Karl isn't impressed that she didnt manage to keep hidden from troops.

"Proclaimers"

Ricky gets a request from Matt Lucas to play a song -- Karl thinks it's ABBA because "it's good innit?". Ricky mocks the style of the Proclaimers, thinking that you should pop them on after you've had a good shifty through the muppets album and the crankies greatest hits.

"Hubbard"

Mother Hubbard's ryhme is explored by ricky and steve who think it's perhaps based up on a lonely old woman's difficulties. Ricky pukes up some of his "weak observations, poorly performed" on Humpty dumpty, and reaches a hand out to the audience to ask where it comes from, which is most likely about a cannon that fell off a wall.

This is followed by a bit of Jimmy Webb, namely the track "Galveston".

Ricky slags off the dog in the mother hubbard ryhme becaue of it's pipe smoking ability and it's dancing, and delivers a shocker in the form of the dog sucking on a choc ice, which is fine.
