Laurie Peters

Laurie Peters is a long-time friend of Karl Pilkington's, having known him since childhood.

Laurie is an artist who has worked with Karl on several projects, including the first animated podcast: animated Monkey News , which went on to inspire the animated 'Ricky Gervais Show'.

Laurie also produced animations with Karl, featured on Bo Selecta as well as 3-minute wonder films for Channel 4.

Laurie is also the friend who was looking after the dilapidated mansion (Tottenham House) that Karl talked about in the first podcast, and which was the subject of the seventh video podcast.

In September 2006, Laurie created the opening titles to When The Whistle Blows, the sitcom-in-a-sitcom from Extras.

In December 2006, Laurie created the animation for the animated podcast, as broadcast on the BBC's The Culture Show.
