17 May 2003 After not picking up any awards at the Sony's, Ricky wants to turn a new leaf, and announces they'll be having guests on the show, including Dr. Fox and the girls from T.a.T.u.

Track Listing

1. Interactive
Some of the criticism we received was that we're perhaps not taking the listeners into consideration. A lot of radio shows cater to the community. I'd just like to justify why we don't tend to interact with the listeners - here's a typical e-mail from Vicky, aged 25. She asks 'Do you ski?'

2. Foxy
He used to be called Dr Fox and now he just calls himself Neil Fox so I think he's been struck off. Someone was under the anaesthetic and he went a little bit crazy...

3. Lapdance
I just don't get it; you pay your £20, they dance in front of you but you're not allowed to touch. To me that's like going to a resteraunt, ordering a nice big warm dinner and they put it in front of you but you can't eat it. It's going cold!

4. Adolescence
I love songs you write when you're 14. You know, three chords and it's always stuff like 'There's a man/He's a lonely man/Take a look at him/He looks a bit like me/It is me'!

5. Insomnia
I used to love going to bed as a kid whereas now it's like 'Awww, am I gonna sleep tonight?' When you're a kid, I remember really loving going to bed. There was one time where I actually laughed myself to sleep, 'cos I couldn't believe my luck.

6. Incompetence
What's wrong with you?! If you didn't spend so much time squeezing his head and eating pies we might get something done!

7. Children
I can't think of many positives. The negatives outweigh it; they get in the way, don't they? Cost a lot of money...

8. Caligula
One day I thought 'Hold on, I'll go to the bath with the chicken legs, I'll eat them in the bath!' And it's brilliant - I'm sitting in the bath, I eat the chicken leg, it's really greasy, I go under the water, come up - I'm clean!

9. Nudity
We're in this deathtrap of an apartment, right? Anyway, it's when I was younger, had a bit more energy. So, y'know, we start having it away a bit, doing what I do...

10. Monkey News
The monkey's doing a webchat? Has it got its own website? What's its favourite 'Buffy The Vampire Slayer' episode?
