Track Listing

Holiday

I didn't know, I thought 'I'm a little bit...' what, coked up? Who knows, it's Sturgess, anything could be possible...

Titles

-It's like real radio isn't it?
-It's just like Chris Moyles. You've got a big, fat guy that's on the telly in here, you know, and his kinda cheeky sidekick...

Radio

I was getting so excited, I wanted to phone up and go 'uhhh, Duran Duran Golfy Golfy Golf Golf' oh God, probably cost me about thirty quid just to ruin Chris Moyles' competition, ehm, that was a long time ago...

Pink

-You cannot play Pink...
-Why? Cos it's too poppy?
-They just won't allow Pink on XFM!
-They what?
-They will not allow Pink on XFM...
-They what?
-Wait a minute, that's red rag to a bull...

Nostalgia

Don't get this wrong, right, we're mates... I think you'd look like a freak with a cape on...

Arrogance

-We're really alienating our listeners now, aren't we? We're going 'We don't care what you think, go and buy it, we're gonna play what we want and we don't care, I mean, we're not being particularly funny or interesting, we haven't even got that to fall back on...
-I tell you what it is, Rick: Arrogance!

Rebels

Wait a minute, wait a minute, wait a minute, Rick, you know what that was? That's the sound of the rulebook being torn up.

Quiz

Ok, let's play a record now, cos you have to lie down, you're just getting so worked up and that, I can tell when there's excitement and enthousiasm, there's sweat, beads of sweat...

Odds

-You know that fella? - "We've come for that drink you call Quash" - I bet he'd get off with Snork, wouldn't he?
-Are you thinking of weird stuff again?

Bowie

-She actually cried, cos he was in her vicinity, she actually burst into tears when he walked by...
-Rick, I've made women do that!

E-mail

"Mechant, who are you call sad! At least my mother still don't cut my hair."

Habitat

You've got to pay two pounds for a catalogue from Habitat, and I said, well I can go down to Argos, I can get as many as I want for free! I can go crazy in Argos! I can get the Littlewoods mail order people, they'll send it to my home. There's lingerie in that one...

Albums

It did have more to do with the fact that my parents didn't have any records in the house. I think they had 'The Jeff Love Orchestra plays Big War Theme tunes' and one of those Top of the Pop albums with a woman wearing a neckerchief on the cover and that was pretty much it.
