Make Ricky Gervais Laugh

An occasional feature on the early years of XFM in which Steve would show Ricky an amusing photo or tell him a joke that had been sent in by the listeners, in order to try and make him laugh. If Ricky did laugh, the listener who sent in the item would get a prize. In the available XFM archives the items were selected by Steve, and were usually photographs from the day's edition of The Sun[1]. The only recording featuring the bit is on 06 April 2002.
