Paul "The Party Animal" Parker is a listener to the Ricky Gervais Show Series 1 who regularly emailed the show with monkey news and other titbits of information about weird stories such as the man who had invented a sex machine and was asking for female test subjects to apply.

Ricky and Steve mused that he was probably similar in appearance to Milhouse from The Simpsons and probably wore a scarf knitted by his mother.
