Formerly known as "Foxy", "Dr" Neil Fox (born 12 June 1961) is a British radio and television presenter who serves as the subject of amusement and thinly veiled ridicule by Ricky and Steve during the Xfm shows. Steve in particular likes to refer to Dr Fox as the medical doctor he is not.
