Formerly known as "Foxy", "Dr" Neil Fox (born 12 June 1961) is a British radio and television presenter who serves as the subject of amusement and thinly veiled ridicule by Ricky and Steve during the Xfm shows. Steve in particular likes to refer to Dr Fox as the medical doctor he is not.

Foxy was also referred to as having a head "twice the size" of Ricky's after a photo taken at the final of Pop Idol.

Gervais parodied Foxy in a commercial for X-Ray magazine under the pseudonym of Dr Frog. Foxy later took part in a sketch on the Ricky Gervais show on 17 May 2003, explaining in a mock interview why he did not vote for Gervais's show while working as a judge at the Sony Awards.
