Colon Then, Educate Me is a variation on Educating Ricky focusing on medical facts. It featured only once, on 18 January 2003.
Karl's idea of medical based education involves brain surgery carried about by cunning doctors who like scaring people by showing them their open "brain-case" and a women who's 7 year old buttock tumour turns out to be a pork chop.
