Knob News was a feature on the Xfm radio shows. It first appeared in the 15 February 2003 episode. In the feature, Karl reports stories about penises, such as the man who grew a 'knob' on his arm and therefore couldn't wear a short sleeved T-shirt.
In another story, a baby was born without a knob but luckily the doctor came in and said, "How lucky is this? There's this kid born with two knobs - we can just nick one of his".
