"Big Keith" is an accountant in The Office. He has an fairly low intelligence level, and not much ambition. During one memorable scene, Keith can't answer the questions on a questionnaire read out to him by boss David Brent, and responds with "don't know" to each question until prompted for another answer from Brent. Brent tries to help by reading out the other options, but by the time he's read all the options, Keith acknowledges that he's forgotten what the question itself was.
Keith doesn't like his job, describing it as a 'stop-gap', but doesn't seem to be able to find a new one. He has a knack of phrasing things to the point, even if they're very crude.
