Karl has an older sister whom he doesn't see very often. He met her "for some reason in a car park in Wales" a few years back, but this didn't go well as he didn't care to look at her newborn baby's photo. He told Ricky and Steve: "When you've seen one baby, you've seen them all". Karl's told them this was his sister's sixth child, so if it been her first he would have shown more enthusiasm.
