Laurie Peters is a long-time friend of Karl Pilkington's, having known him since childhood. Laurie is an animator who has worked with Karl on several projects, including an animated Monkey News and some animations featured on Bo Selecta.
Laurie is also the friend who was looking after the dilapidated mansion that Karl talked about in the first podcast, and which was the subject of the seventh video podcast.
In September 2006, Laurie did the opening titles to When The Whistle Blows, the sitcom-in-a-sitcom from Extras.
In December 2006, Laurie did the animation for the animated podcast, as broadcast on the BBC's The Culture Show.
