fiscal as in financial...? does he wear shorts because they're cheaper- fair enough if so but it just seems a weird point to make, unless he makes a thing of it- cant say i'm a big follower of the guy | |||

i am annoying myself now writting this but, RSK?, maybe it is worth mentioning that he used to DJ on the same station (i think)
