Rounded is a television production company owned and set up by Karl Pilkington. This is confirmed by the Companies house records, listing Mr Karl Pilkington as a director.
Name
One of the main reasons Rounded is believed to be Karl's company is its name. "Rounded" could be associated with Karl as he is famous for having a "round head", as frequently made fun of by Ricky and fans. The name may be an in-joke ie, his head is Rounded or if you were to factor in Pilkington's Mancunian accent (another famous quality of Karl's) it may be interpreted as Round 'ead (round head), a theory given credence by the "ed" in the company logo being a different colour than the "round".
