Round Ed Productions is a television production company owned and set up by Karl Pilkington. This is confirmed by the Companies house records, listing Mr Karl Pilkington as a director.

"Rounded" could be associated with Karl as he is famous for having a "round head", as frequently made fun of by [[Ricky Gervais|Ricky]] and fans. The name may be an in-joke ie, his head is [[Rounded]] or if you were to factor in Pilkington's Mancunian accent (another famous quality of Karl's) it may be interpreted as [[Rounded|Round 'ead]] (round head), a theory given credence by the "ed" in the company logo being a different colour than the "round".
