Barometer World

Barometer World was mentioned on Series 3, Episode 10. The topics of tourist attractions came from Karl’s trip to Lanzarote. Following on from Karl’s trip, Stephen recalls a story about a coach driver taking a diversion to a restaurant during a France coach trip, Ricky talked about tourist attractions. Ricky mentioned “sheep world” and “biggest cotton wheel” and remarked there is a museum for everything. A viewer emailed the show to bring to their attention Barometer World, established in 1979.

This caused excitement between Stephen and Ricky, resulting a long amusing conversion about Barometers.
