Freaks

Karl PIlkington has a large obsession with freaks that started in his youth. He attended school with children with enlarged heads and webbed hands and feet. During the Pilkington's time on XFM he created a segment called Cheeky Freak Of The Week, in which he would tell the audience his favourite "freak". Some of Karls favourite Freaks were shown in HappySlapped By A Jelly Fish in which he listed his favourite freaks, including Pillow Man, Three Legged Juggler and Karls perenial favourite John Merrick The Elephant Man. Karl feels that Merricks nickname of Elephant man suits him perfectly. Karl has also referenced Merchant as a freak.
