Joe Cornish is half (the other being Adam Buxton) of the "Adam and Joe" comedy duo.
When Ricky, Steve and Karl finished Series 2 of their Xfm radio shows in August of 2004, Adam and Joe took over their slot until their return three months later. Interestingly, when Adam and Joe were away for six weeks in 2005, Ricky, Steve and Karl sat in for them for 6 weeks which was 4th and final series of their own radio show.
