Wonderful Tonight is a song by Eric Clapton.
Karl believes this song is about a guy in a wheel chair, even though there's no evidence to this in the actual song. Karl bases this assumption on nothing more than the lady of the song repeatedly asks her husband if he feels all right, he has an aching "LEG", and that she puts him to bed. ("Because he's drunk!" intervenes Gervais).
