Nicola is an American from the Hawaiian island of Oahu who has attended the Culinary Institute of America and bakes awesome stuff. She is a regular in the forum and the IRC where she is known for her good temper and dry humor. She is a fan of classic singer/songwriters such as Bob Dylan and Tom Waits, and recently participated actively in Spuddy's rewind of the TV show "Arrested Development".
