I likes it, but...
... isn't this gonna be quite hard to put into current transcriptions? Is there some way it can be done automatically? Gtpod 13:20, 3 August 2007 (EDT)
- It is already implemented in some of the transcripts (see 10 November 2001/Transcript), and yes: there is a way to do it automatically. Except for the inline parentheical dialog in some of the transcripts. That has to be changed manually. I'll do the converting though; don't worry. --Squeek 15:40, 3 August 2007 (EDT)
Fairy nuff, nice one man. :D Gtpod 16:18, 3 August 2007 (EDT)
for newbies
i'd like to make sure EVERY new transcriber gets a link to this page and is encouraged to absorb it fully. if anyone recruits a transcriber please make sure they have this information! for the current brand-new transcribers i will make sure they get this link. thanks. - Excellent work on the how-to, KnockinAbout. I use Notepad++ and put in custom syntax highlighting for keywords in .transcript files... so I do it much differently. But this will be very useful to most everybody else. --Squeek 04:36, 6 November 2007 (GMT)
